Reliable stacking of Loaded CHEP or euro pallets

In this application example, a vertical conveyor equipped with the SG-1-1400 pushing fork stacks loaded CHEP or Euro pallets. The solution handles loads of up to 1,350 kg and stacks them to a height of up to 2,400 mm. This makes the pushing fork suitable for applications in which pallets must be picked up, lifted and placed safely at a defined height. Its robust design supports a reliable material flow and provides a clear solution for automated warehouse and production processes.

Reliable Handling Of Closed Pallets

One of the key strengths of the SG-1-1400 is its ability to handle closed pallets. This includes CHEP pallets, which cannot be picked up from all sides using conventional load handling devices. The pushing fork extends its prongs into the closed pallet, enabling the controlled stacking of loaded load carriers. It can also lift loaded pallets onto so-called slave pallets. This allows the pallet to be transferred to a suitable load carrier for further internal transport or storage.

Easy Integration Into Existing Conveyor Technology

The SG-1-1400 can be easily integrated into existing conveyor technology. It can therefore become part of an existing automated warehouse or production solution without requiring the entire system concept to be redesigned. For operators, this provides a clearly defined extension for the safe handling of pallets.
