Today we’re celebrating a very special anniversary: Simon from our small parts production team has been part of our team for 25 years—and what a journey it’s been.
Simon started out as an unskilled laborer. He didn’t have any formal training, but he did bring something you can’t learn: dedication, reliability, and a genuine desire to grow. We gave him the chance and he seized it. Today, he is a skilled worker. A textbook success story.
He still looks back fondly on his first day and the opportunity that was offered to him back then. That is exactly what defines us as a company: We see people—not just resumes.
