Special telescopic fork for the transport of wooden board packages

We have developed a particularly flat and at the same time strong special telescopic fork for transporting packages of wooden boards of various sizes, which is used on an industrial truck in semi-automatic operation. Despite the low extending height of only 55 mm, the robust telescopic fork has a convincing load capacity of 1,150 kg on two prongs! The tine adjustment (adjustment range 300 mm) realized by electric cylinders allows the flexible adjustment to the different package widths (or entry clearances).

For handling wider packages of wooden boards, two telescopic tables with two prongs each can be installed on the lift frame of the industrial truck, which – synchronized via the control system – operate as one unit with four prongs. For narrower packages, however, the two telescopic forks can optionally operate independently of each other. Another advantage is that the telescopic forks are designed for particularly fast and easy installation on the customer’s lift frame.
