AFB&#8217;s task was to supply a telescopic fork unit with an eccentric lifting device specifically designed to meet the requirements of an AGV.\u00a0 This combination of telescopic fork unit and eccentric lifting device guarantees a safe and efficient transport of euro pallets with sensitive pharmaceutical products. Our design ensures maximum safety and flexibility &#8211; the transport lock is integrated directly into the eccentric lifting device to prevent the load from slipping even during movement.<\/h4>\n<h3>Customisation for specific customer requirements<\/h3>\n<h4>Our approach was to work closely with the customer to match the eccentric lifting device to the AGV system. In addition to adapting the hydraulic drive solution to the special requirements of transporting high-value goods, it was particularly important to integrate the device into the limited space of the AGV. In this case, precise planning and innovative design guaranteed that all requirements were met &#8211; without compromising on functionality or safety.<\/h4>\n<h3>Housing for maximum protection and safe handling<\/h3>\n<h4>Another focus of the project was the encapsulation of the eccentric lifting device to ensure maximum safety for operators and the environment. This design not only protects the sensitive goods, but also the people by eliminating any risk from open drive components.
